The divorce between Jessica Alba and Cash Warren has officially been finalized, closing out a nearly year-long legal process following Alba’s initial filing in February 2025. Newly surfaced settlement details outline how the former couple divided their assets, business interests, and residual income after more than 16 years of marriage.

The agreement, which was obtained by TMZ, reveals that Alba will pay Warren $3 million as part of the asset division. The two will not exchange spousal or child support and will continue to share responsibility for their three children: Honor, Haven, and Hayes.

Alba retained personal property in her possession, including clothing, jewelry, and furniture, while additional shared assets—such as artwork and furnishings from their former home—will be split.

The settlement also details how the pair will handle financial holdings and long-term earnings. Alba and Warren agreed to divide their interests in several companies, including stakes in Popchips, WeWork, and other ventures.

Alba will retain a portion of her holdings in The Honest Company, including both vested and restricted shares. Transportation assets were also allocated, with Alba keeping multiple vehicles and Warren retaining a BMW.

One of the more notable elements of the agreement involves residual income from Alba’s past work. The settlement specifies that earnings generated during the marriage—including projects like The Office, Valentine’s Day, and the “Bad Blood” music video—will be split evenly between the two.

Alba will continue to receive full royalties from projects completed prior to the marriage, including Dark Angel, Honey, and Fantastic Four.

Alba and Warren initially announced their separation before she formally filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Since then, both have moved forward personally. Alba has been in a relationship with actor Danny Ramirez, with the pair recently sharing glimpses of a trip to Mexico City, where they were photographed exploring the city and spending time together.

Warren, meanwhile, has been linked to model Hana Sun Doerr.
