Blac Chyna has filed a new lawsuit accusing her former boyfriend, rapper Twin Hector, of physically assaulting her during an argument that allegedly took place while her children were asleep in the home.
According to court filings obtained by Page Six, the reality TV star—whose legal name is Angela White—claims the incident happened in March 2023 as she was getting ready to leave town.
The documents state that Hector, born Taiyon Hector, allegedly refused to leave her residence after being asked to do so, resulting in a heated confrontation.
The filing alleges that the situation escalated into physical violence. Chyna claims Hector choked her, spat on her, and verbally abused her during the argument. The lawsuit further notes that her two children, King, 13, and Dream, 9, along with her nanny, were present in the home at the time, though the children were reportedly asleep.
“Plaintiff’s actions caused Defendant to reasonably fear for her personal safety and life,” the documents state, adding that the alleged incident occurred while Chyna’s minor children were nearby.
Hector has strongly denied the accusations. His attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, dismissed Chyna’s claims in a statement to Page Six, calling them “blatantly false” and accusing her of attempting to shift blame.
“Aggressors with no defense for their actions often try to ‘blame the victim,’” Schenck said. He added that Hector plans to fight the claims in court, stating, “We have the evidence. We will prove our case and extensive damages.”
The new lawsuit comes amid ongoing legal conflict between the former couple. In 2024, Hector filed his own lawsuit against Chyna, accusing her of physically attacking him while he was asleep in September 2021.
In that filing, he alleged she was prone to violent outbursts and claimed she threatened to kill him during their relationship. Hector has repeatedly denied ever being violent toward Chyna, saying in a separate statement, “Twin Hector has never and will never put his hands on a woman.”
Chyna and Hector dated from August 2020 until March 2023.
