A familiar face from the 90 Day Fiancé universe is facing serious legal trouble.

Veronica Rodriguez, who has appeared across multiple TLC spinoffs, was arrested this week in North Carolina following a domestic violence incident involving her fiancé, Seth Daryoushfar, Us Weekly confirmed.

According to jail records obtained by the outlet, Rodriguez, 40, and Daryoushfar, 38, were both taken into custody on Monday, December 15. The couple, who got engaged earlier this fall, were booked into a local jail and later released after posting bond. Neither remains in police custody.

Rodriguez was charged with misdemeanor domestic violence after allegedly using physical force during the incident. Court documents state she was accused of striking Daryoushfar in the face. Daryoushfar, meanwhile, was charged with assault on a female in connection with the same altercation.

The filings indicate that both parties accused the other of assault. Rodriguez claimed that Daryoushfar restrained her during the dispute, leaving scratches on her wrists and thighs. As part of their release conditions, both were ordered not to assault, threaten, or harass the other.

Rodriguez reportedly posted a $500 bond, while Daryoushfar posted a $2,500 bond. The couple is scheduled to appear in court on March 3, 2026.

TLC and Rodriguez have been contacted for comment by the outlet, but as of this writing, neither have issued a statement.

Fans first met Rodriguez on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2019, where she quickly became a standout personality. That same year, she joined 90 Day Fiancé: Pillow Talk, offering commentary on the franchise alongside other cast members.

She later appeared on season three of 90 Day: The Single Life in 2022, documenting her breakup with longtime boyfriend Justin Foster.

Following that split, Rodriguez briefly dated Jamal Menzies, the son of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum Kim Menzies.

Earlier this year, she debuted her relationship with Daryoushfar on social media, confirming their engagement in September after a proposal on her birthday in Venice, Italy. At the time, she described the moment as unforgettable and shared plans for a wedding in early 2026.

Just one day before the arrests, Rodriguez posted a reflective Instagram message celebrating what she called a standout year for the couple.
