Keke Palmer recently sat down for an interview with Shannon Sharpe for his Club Shay Shay podcast, and she waited for the perfect moment to make a joke about "Michelle," the woman from his viral Instagram Live incident.
At around the 31-minute mark of the interview above, Palmer spoke about some of her experiences as a child star and said that during one production, she kissed a guy who was 27 when she was 17. "You like 'em older, huh?" laughed Sharpe, to which Palmer hit back, "That's what Michelle said!"
Palmer was clearly happy with herself for the joke, flailing about as Sharpe was left reeling and yelling. "Come on Keke!" he said. "You been waiting for that! It's too soon, Keke!" She added, "They don't call you hunky Uncy for nothing." It took Sharpe a moment to get back on track after the moment, which even left the production crew in stitches.
Back in September, Sharpe went viral when he appeared to stream himself having sex with a woman on Instagram Live. While nothing could be seen in the clip, the audio was enough to have everyone on social media speculating about the woman's identity.
He later revealed the woman was named "Michelle," and he has since released a merch line dedicated to the incident, so at least he has a sense of humor. "I told yall to leave that lady alone, but yall kept harassing Unc," Sharpe wrote about the merch.
Initially, a post appeared on his Instagram Stories claiming that he was hacked, which he later clarified was posted by someone on his team and not him. "Obviously I am embarrassed. Someone that is extremely, extremely private and to have one of your most intimate details — the audio — heard for the entire world to hear, I’m embarrassed for a number of reasons,” he said.
