After Shannon Sharpe's Instagram appeared to stream sounds of a man and a woman engaging in intercourse on Wednesday, Sharpe shared and quickly deleted a response claiming he was hacked.
As reported by TMZ, the 56-year-old broadcaster's account, @shannonsharpe84, went live on Instagram on Wednesday in a stream that left a lot of his followers scratching their heads. During the stream, a woman could be heard moaning while a man breathed heavily and quietly talked to her. Many assumed it was Sharpe having sex with an unknown woman, but he has claimed otherwise in a since-deleted post on his Instagram Stories.
"Beware my @shannonsharpe84 Instagram was hacked this morning, my team and I are working vigorously to figure this out - UNC," he wrote.
There's no confirmation whether Sharpe was the man in the clip, especially since no one is seen on camera, but people on social media speculated that the man in the Instagram Live was indeed the Nightcap and Club Shay Shay host. As of the time of publication, Sharpe has not issued a second statement addressing the stream. It is unclear why he deleted the response.
Recently, Sharpe has gained a lot of attention for his interviews with several major stars on his Club Shay Shay podcast. They include Marlon Wayans, Tyrese Gibson, LL Cool J, John Cena, and Megan Thee Stallion.
