Sean Evans Brings Social Distancing 'Hot Ones' to 'Fallon' With Alex Rodriguez

Sean Evans appeared on Fallon once again to treat a guest to the Hot Ones experience, and this time he tortured Alex Rodriguez remotely. Filmed social distance style while the world stays indoors to stop the spread of the coronavirus, Evans joined Fallon and A. Rod for an abridged version of the Hot Ones formula. Across four hot wings, staring with mid-point sauce Los Calientes Rojo, the interview quickly devolved into chaos.

"This will just be another bonding experience," Fallon said to Rodriguez, who received "instructions" from his fiancée Jennifer Lopez behind the camera. Evans, who has appeared on the show three times before, also used the appearance on Fallon to ask the host who he thinks was most upset they had to play Hot Ones during their visits. "Selena Gomez was probably the most mad," he said. "I don't know if she'll ever talk to me again."

Elsewhere on the Thursday night episode, A. Rod spoke about postponing his wedding with Lopez on account of quarantine. "We have to go with the flow now," he told Fallon. "Everything is fluid. Everything has been just on a pause... We just want to make sure we think safety first to make sure all the little ones are in a good place." He also touched upon Lopez's take on Barbra Streisand's "People" during the One World: Together at Home special, which he helped her stream from their backyard. "It was a family effort," he added.
