During a comedy actress roundtable hosted by The Hollywood Reporter, Keke Palmer brought up the infamous internet shock video “2 Girls 1 Cup” while discussing potty humor.
Palmer was joined by Saturday Night Live star Ashley Padilla, Hacks star Hannah Einbinder, Abbott Elementary star Quinta Brunson, I Love LA star Rachel Sennott, and Friends (and The Comeback) star Lisa Kudrow for the roundtable, and things went wildly off-track when Palmer referenced the video.
At around the 44-minute point, SNL’s Ashley Padilla was asked if she has “a good appetite for, like, potty humor,” and she said she never really has, but she believes her co-star Sarah Sherman “kills it” when it comes to gross-out comedy.
“It must be on some ‘2 Girls 1 Cup,’” Palmer interjected, prompting laughter from Einbinder and Sennott. “Y’all remember that? We didn’t know what we were being exposed to. We should have no business. They should have protected us!”
Everyone then got particularly animated, talking over each other as Einbinder suggested that Palmer should be “on the Senate floor” to push for "legislation" protecting anyone from seeing something like “2 Girls 1 Cup.”
For those blissfully unaware, “2 Girls 1 Cup” refers to a shock video that circulated online in the late ‘00s showing two women defecating into a cup, eating it, and then vomiting into each other’s mouths. Originally taken from a scat fetish pornographic film that was released under the title Hungry Bitches, the short clip became a huge viral phenomenon, wherein people unfamiliar with the stomach-churning video were subjected to it, or people willingly recorded themselves reacting to it for the first time.
