Ahead of its debut on Hulu later this month, we've got an exclusive clip from the R-rated comedy Vacation Friends 2 starring Lil Rel Howery and John Cena.
The scene sees the return of Cena's Ron as he's coerced into participating in a drinking game on behalf of Marcus, played by Rel Howery. "If I do something like this, I'm going to have to unleash the beast, are you comfortable with that?" Ron cautions Marcus. "In this case, yes," he replies.
Alongside Cena and Rel Howery, both Yvonne Orji and Meredith Hagner return in the follow-up. Newcomers include Carlos Santos, Ronny Chieng, Jamie Hector, and Steve Buscemi, who portrays the formerly incarcerated father of Hagner's Kyla.
Vacation Friends 2 hits Hulu on August 25.
"This time around, we wanted to do stuff where there were real stakes for the couples, like being chased, running for their lives, having actual bullets shot at them, and going into actual trouble," teased director Clay Tarver of the sequel. "So, we decided we wanted to do a little bit more of an action comedy, but in a small, contained kind of way."
