During the latest stream from his tour of the Caribbean, IShowSpeed took his viewers under water for some scuba diving.
Joined by his younger brother, Jamal, Speed streamed from under water and even brought a magnetic writing board so that he could communicate with his fans since he was unable to speak. While beneath the ocean, the streamer explored an underwater sculpture park, and appeared to have some difficulty juggling all his equipment. Still, Speed handled it with the level of expertise fans have come to expect from the seasoned 21-year-old streaming giant.
As part of his streaming tour in the Caribbean, Speed also announced that he’ll be hitting up the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, among other locations. Speed has earned a reputation for his lavish tours of multiple regions, having done similar streams across Europe, South America, China, Africa, and North America.
He’s also just fresh off a Wrestlemania appearance, during which he smashed Logan Paul into a table as part of a six-man tag team match.
Earlier this year, Speed said that his Africa livestream tour changed his life “for the better.”
“I'm glad that I decided to come here and experience it for myself. To be honest, chat, this tour changed my life, bro. This tour changed my life for the better, seriously,” Speed said. “This tour [opened] my eyes…it sparked up something deep within me, very deep, like something from the root of me. It kinda [talked] to me in terms of like, I can do this. Obviously, I've been already doing it, but I can do this. It's more personal, you know? And to come back to the motherland and to stream it all, stream 20 countries in 28 days.”
During the tour, he also explained why he’s felt compelled to do so many world tour streams.
“‘People dream to go to Africa safari, thank you for the live experience, Speed, love your work,’” said Speed while reading a comment during a stream as part of a safari tour in Botswana. “Thank you man. Chat, that’s what I’m here for. I’m for the people that can’t travel… I try to give y’all the best experience, I don’t make a cut-down video. I show y’all a live experience. A raw, true experience of me being at that certain location. Whether it’s a country, whether it’s a safari, whatever experience it is. I’m your test dummy.”
