In a post shared on instagram, Blac Chyna revealed that she recently had breast and butt reduction surgery over apparent health concerns.

“I want you all to be a part of my life changing journey,” the 34-year-old model wrote alongside the videos, which detailed the process she went through. Chyna also clarified that she never had a Brazilian butt lift (otherwise known as a BBL), and instead made the decision to get silicone injections in her behind when she was 19 years old.

“I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” she explained. “I want this out of my ass so I can grow.” Chyna had the surgeries done on March 9, and has been recovering ever since. In one clip, she said the surgery to remove the silicone shots should have taken just four hours, but it ultimately took somewhere around nine. “Whatever that silicone mass, whatever that was that was in my buttocks, it kept clogging the machine and breaking [it],” she added.

Chyna’s surgeries come not long after her appearance on The Jason lee Show, during which she spoke about her break-up with Tyga and her decision to bring an end to her OnlyFans. “I don’t do OnlyFans anymore—I don’t do it anymore at all,” she told Lee, noting that the decision was made for the sake of her two children, 10-year-old King Cairo and 6-year-old Dream Kardashian. “It’s a dead end. All that stuff is a dead end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that. ... At a certain age, they see and gravitate to everything."
