Radio host Big Tigger’s wife, Alicia Brown, has issued a statement responding to reports of a domestic dispute investigation involving the married couple.

"I have never called my husband an abuser," Brown said in a statement, as shared by The Breakfast Club’s Loren LoRosa on X. "Social media has drawn its own conclusions from information that was shared, but those conclusions are not statements I have made. I respect the legal process and believe law enforcement should be allowed to do its job without interference from anyone, including me.”

She added that she understands that people will come to their own conclusions based on reports of the investigation, but she remains “confident” that the facts of the case will be made public when the time is right. “I love my family and I will not engage in public debates, speculation, or personal attacks and bitterness,” she added. “I am not hiding, and I stand firmly by my character and integrity. I respectfully ask for patience as I follow the guidance of my legal counsel and allow the process to unfold.”

Brown’s statement comes not long after she appeared to make serious allegations against her husband in a since-deleted post on Instagram. "Someone ask my husband why my face happened," she wrote alongside a photo that appeared to show her with bruises, triggering a domestic dispute investigation into the Atlanta radio personality.

On the Friday (June 12), Big Tigger also addressed the allegations.

“I want to say categorically that these allegations and accusations that have been circulating are false,” he said, while also addressing allegations that he was romantically involved with his co-host, Francesca Amiker. “Additionally, it’s important to clarify that Francesca and I have never been anything more than friends and respected colleagues. I’d like to apologize to her for the impact of these last few days.”

He also asked for privacy for everyone involved. “For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving my community through music, entertainment, and connection, and I remain grateful for the trust so many of you have placed in me throughout that journey,” he added. “I intend to continue living and leading in a manner worthy of that trust.”

Amiker also shared a statement shutting down any rumors that she had an affair with her co-host. “The allegations being circulated about me are completely false and do not reflect who I am or how I conduct myself,” she shared. “I have never had an affair or cheated with a married man. I stand by my character, my integrity, and the truth.”

As reported by TMZ on Thursday, June 11, police documents showed that there’s a domestic dispute investigation into an alleged incident involving his wife. Dispatch records from authorities show that Brown received medical treatment for injuries, and police were contacted regarding the alleged assault.
