After Ezra Miller was taken into police custody two weeks ago for allegedly throwing a chair at a 26-year-old woman in Hawaii, audio from the alleged victim’s police call has been released.

Shared by TMZ, the minute-long clip features the woman accusing The Flash star of tossing furniture at her while she says she invited them into her home—using their name when speaking to authorities.

“I have Ezra Miller at my house right now,” she said. “We have been offering our home to [them] and [they] came into our home and [are] threatening us right now. [They] hit me in the head with a chair.”

During the call, the woman—who has not been named—said that she wasn’t in need of medical attention over a previously reported half-inch cut on her forehead, but rather just needed “the police here now.” The woman claimed she was “assaulted” after she had been “very nice to” Miller, who has since been charged with second-degree assault after the alleged incident in Pāho.

“They’re trying to leave our premises right now,” the woman said. “They’re driving away in a grey truck.”

Before the alleged chair throw, Miller was arrested in the state in March and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after they reportedly yelled at others singing karaoke. Two people then filed a restraining order after they say Miller “burst into the bedroom of the petitioner(s),” and said “I will bury you and your slut wife” before stealing their belongings. Miller has also been caught on camera being denied entry to a bar after allegedly being kicked out of another.

As for how Warner Bros. and DC executives are handling the situation, Rolling Stone reports that they’ve had an “emergency” meeting about Miller and pause development on their projects over “frequent meltdowns” and “losing it” on set.
