Wendy Williams has reportedly broken her silence on Sean "Diddy" Combs and his sexual assault lawsuits.

The 60-year-old has been largely out of the spotlight since her eponymously- named talk show ended in 2022 and since she shared her struggles with mental health issues and addiction on her Where is Wendy Williams? documentary which was released earlier this year.

In a new interview published by the Daily Mail, Williams reportedly gave her thoughts on Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles stemming from sexual assault accusations made against him.

“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people ‘Wendy you called it,’” the former talk show host told the Daily Mail. “Including some people from my family who have said the same.”

“You know how I feel about that? It is about time,” she added. "To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled … it was just horrific. But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.”

In May, Williams’ former radio co-host Charlamagne tha God claimed that New York City radio station Hot 97 had fired Wendy in 1998 for suggesting that Diddy is gay. At the time, Williams had claimed she had photographic evidence of him with another man.

“Wendy’s whole thing was Diddy was gay,” Charlamagne said on an Flagrant podcast episode. “That’s why Wendy got fired from Hot 97. Wendy got fired from Hot 97 by Diddy ’cause that’s when Bad Boy was smoking hot. She got fired for putting that out there.”

However, it seems as though the two had mended their relationship by 2017 when Diddy made an appearance on an episode of The Wendy Williams Show, as noted by Us Weekly.

Diddy is facing a number of new sexual assault lawsuits, including accusations of abusing a nine-year-old child.

During a press conference today earlier this week, attorney Tony Buzbee announced that he is representing 120 individuals with allegations against the disgraced music mogul, which span the last 20 years. Among these 120 victims, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse.
