Watch the New 'Clika' Trailer from Rancho Humilde

In the upcoming film starring Jay Dee and Master P, a small-town Mexican-American artist gets catapulted into stardom and has to navigate the dark side of fame

The official trailer for Clika, the debut feature film from Jimmy Humilde’s Rancho Humilde production company, is finally here.

Directed by Michael Greene and starring Herencia de Patrones frontman Jay Dee, Clika follows the story of Chito, a small-town farm worker with big dreams of musical success in the wave of Mexican-American music. When a video of him singing goes viral, he dives headfirst into the world of fame, only to realize that success comes with dangerous strings attached.

The cast includes Master P, comedian DoKnow, Laura Lopez, and Peter Greene, among others, along with Jimmy Humilde himself in a cameo role.

Speaking to Variety, Humilde looked back at his own journey from taco truck worker to music mogul, sharing how his early connection with Sony executive Sanford Panitch helped pave the way for the film deal.

“Our story needed to start with Latinos and who we are as people and our struggles,” Humilde said, adding that the film was originally pitched as reality show before he insisted it become a feature film with full creative depth. “It’s the same feeling I got when we started making the music.”

“Immigrants are a main asset to this country,” he added. “This film is meant to display that resilience — we will always find our way back.”

Clika is expected to hit theaters in early 2026. Watch the full trailer up top.
