The controversial streamer faces charges after streaming himself pranking Filipino locals and harassing security guards earlier this year.

New photos of Vitaly Zdorovetskiy show the streamer has become noticeably thinner since being detained in the Philippines.

According to The Philippine Star, the country’s Bureau of Immigration confirmed on Monday (June 16) that the controversial 33-year-old Russian streamer had been transferred to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology on Wednesday.

The newspaper also released photos of Zdorovetskiy in handcuffs on Monday. Some users online noted changes to his physical appearance in comparison to what he looked like immediately following his arrest on April 3 in the Philippines' Pasay City.

Zdorovetskiy faces multiple criminal charges after several incidents, including videos showing him harassing a security guard and an elderly woman in Bonifacio Global City. He was also accused of theft after taking off with an electric fan from a restaurant and a tricycle, both of which he later abandoned.

His antics were broadcast live on his since-deactivated Kick channel under a stream titled, “Vitaly DISTURBING THE PEACE in Philippines.”

Zdorovetskiy reportedly sought temporary release on bail by assuring authorities in a written statement that he would stay within the National Capital Region and report to officials if ordered to be deported. However, Commissioner Joel Viado denied the request.

“This is not just a matter of administrative procedure—it is about protecting the integrity of our immigration laws,” said Viado in a statement, per the Star. “Foreign nationals who abuse our hospitality and violate our laws must face the consequences. ... No special treatment will be given.”

In a press conference held earlier this month, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla alleged that Russia, Zdorovetskiy’s home country, and the United States, where he holds a green card, declined to accept him.

The Bureau of Jail Management will continue to hold Zdorovetskiy until his criminal cases are resolved, after which the Bureau of Immigration will proceed with deportation proceedings.
