The couple, who announced their engagement on Tuesday (August 26) with a joint Instagram post of the couple in a lush garden setting, overflowing with flowers in pink, white, and peach.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” read the caption on the joint post.
Not long after sharing the news of their engagement, which saw reactions from the likes of Jack Antonoff and Sabrina Carpenter, the caption began to take on a life of its own on social media.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that Kelce likely popped the question at his own estate in a Kansas City suburb, noting that the couple’s engagement photos strongly resemble his backyard.
With Kelce in the middle of Chiefs training camp and sporting a fresh haircut in the photos, the outlet guessed that he wouldn’t have had time for a more elaborate setup far away from Kansas City. Not to mention that proposing at his house also gave the couple the chance to keep the moment private and allow them to control when and how their engagement was revealed.
