Raven-Symoné shared details about a past relationship gone horribly wrong.
The former Disney Channel star, joined by her wife and podcast co-host Miranda Maday, recently made an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live and was asked about a long-term relationship that ended with infidelity.
“I wanted to ask you about your past relationships because you had said, I believe, that you were in a relationship for seven years,” Lewis asked. “And he stepped outside of the relationship. Is that correct?”
“That’s a nice way to put it, yes,” she confirmed.
“And he got another woman pregnant?,” Lewis further inquired, with Raven-Symoné confirming with a mere, “Yes.”
When asked if the man in question was famous, she said, “In our community, he's pretty well known, like in the community that he works in.”
“We were together for a really long time, and he got another girl pregnant. And the best part of it was: he asked me to be the godmother of the kid,” she explained.
Despite the betrayal, the That’s So Raven star said they’re still in touch.
“We're still in communication now,” she said. “He's been through a lot, so there's, you know, nothing but love and respect for all that he's gone through in his family, but he still talks about it all the time. Dumbass.”
Raven-Symoné came out as a lesbian in 2013, and began dating Maday two years later. They kept their relationship private for years until the two tied the knot in June 2020.
