Former Bop House member Camilla Araújo says that being on OnlyFans leaves her at odds with her religion.

In a newly-published interview with Vulture, the 23-year-old content creator said she found God during a low moment of her life in 2021 and regularly attends church.

“Doing OnlyFans, I struggle with my faith every day. I’m proud of who I’ve become and who I am, but the act of doing it, I’m not proud of,” she told Vulture’s Rebecca Jennings in July. “It’s the hardest part.”

Araújo, who built her career alongside fellow Bop House member Julia Filippo, had long been seen as the group’s strategist, pushing stunts, manufactured drama, and business ventures to keep drawing attention to their collective.

Both women stressed that their content stops short of nudity, their marketing leans heavily on suggestion, youthfulness, and controversial tactics.

“I’ve never done nudity, but I walk very fine on the line,” Araújo said. “I’ve learned many hacks and tricks and things like that.”

Araújo said she uses her earnings to support her parents, who are Brazilian immigrants and have since been able to retire. She also put her brother through college and also provides financial support to her extended family still living in Brazil.

Two weeks after speaking with Jennings, Araújo announced she was officially leaving the Bop House. Her exit from the collective follows co-founder Sophie Rain, who left in late July.
