Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx Discuss Conspiracy Theories on 'GOAT Talk'

Diaz shares her theory that aliens are actually just evolved human beings, while Foxx gives his take on the Illuminati.

Cameron Diaz’s theory about aliens left Jamie Foxx’s mind blown.

On the latest episode of Complex’s GOAT Talk, the two iconic actors and stars of Netflix’s upcoming action comedy Back in Action sat down to share all things goated.

When it came to talking about conspiracy theories, you could say Diaz’s were pretty otherworldly.

“The brief version of this is that aliens are basically like what we do when we study ourselves archaeologically—where we go and we like dig up, and we're like, ‘It's a pot from 60,000 years ago,’” said Diaz, 53.

The Charlie’s Angels actress theorized that as humans advance technologically—sitting in front of screens and communicating with each other wirelessly—we might eventually become the stereotypical depiction of aliens: big-headed, large-eyed beings with long, dexterous fingers.

“And we all know that we're moving off the planet because now Elon Musk is our president. We're gonna end up at Mars, right?” she joked. “And when we get to Mars, we're really going to end up being like a completely different species.”

“We will have all the technology that the aliens have that are visiting us here on the planet, and those aliens will be us traveling back in time to study who they were at this—any particular moment that they have revealed themselves to humans,” she added. “They're us, basically.”

“When you told me that, that fucked me up driving home,” Foxx confessed before shifting the focus on his own GOAT conspiracy.

“The GOAT conspiracy is the Illuminati,” he said. “I don't believe in none of that shit.”

As explained by Rolling Stone, the Illuminati is an exclusive group made up of the intellectual and political elite that secretly governs the world. Many celebrities throughout the years have been accused of being part of the Illuminati including Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rihanna, LeBron James, among others.

“If we’re supposed to be running this whole thing, how the fuck I get stopped by the cops the other day? Can the Illuminati come, tell him to get off my ass?” Foxx joked. “I love police officers.”
