Ben Stiller Says "Euphoria" Is His Favorite Kendrick Lamar Song Amid Super Bowl Halftime Show Announcement

The track was K.Dot's response to Drake's "Push Ups" and "Taylor Made" diss tracks in April.

Kendrick Lamar can apparently count on Ben Stiller to tune in to his Super Bowl Halftime Show next year.

Shortly after K.Dot was announced as the headliner for the prestigious performance slot, Stiller reshared the news to his official X account with a simple, “Yes.”

When asked by a fan what his favorite song is by the 37-year-old rapper, Stiller once again kept his response short and named “Euphoria,” which was Lamar’s first response to Drake in April after he released diss tracks “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made.”

While it’s seemingly the Zoolander actor’s first time mentioning he’s a fan of Lamar, it seems like Stiller definitely has an appreciation for rap. He proved he’s a major Beastie Boys fanboy during a trivia game on a 2015 episode of Late Night with Seth Meyers.

Although the verdict is out on whether Stiller has definitively taken a side on the Kendrick vs. Drake rap war that broke out earlier this year, it’s also worth noting that he and Drizzy sat courtside together at a 2013 game with the New York Knicks versus the Indiana Pacers.

Dot will hit the stage at the 2025 Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show, which takes place February 9, 2025 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. However, the announcement has not gone without controversy.

Several players in the hip-hop space including Nicki Minaj, Birdman, Master P, Cam’ron and Mase, as well as Boosie Badass have all chimed in to express that Lil Wayne, a New Orleans native, should perform at halftime.

“Kendrick Lamar is truly a once-in-a-generation artist and performer. His deep love for hip-hop and culture informs his artistic vision. He has an unparalleled ability to define and influence culture globally. Kendrick’s work transcends music, and his impact will be felt for years to come," said Jay-Z in a statement shared with Complex on Sunday.
