Ben Affleck Buys $20.5 Million L.A. Mansion Amid Jennifer Lopez Split Rumors

Ben Affleck’s latest move has fans believing that his divorce from Jennifer Lopez is inevitable.

Real estate sources tell TMZ that the 51-year-old actor just closed escrow on a $20.5 million mansion in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, California.

The property is said to feature five bedrooms, six bathrooms, among other features such as a separate family room, dining areas, walk-in closets, media room, a guest house, and more.

Lopez, 55, is reportedly looking for her own home as well.

The couple, who infamously rekindled their romance in 2021 nearly twenty years after their initial breakup, purchased a Beverly Hills property together for $61 million in cash last May.

Affleck was reported to have moved out of the home last month, according to People, leading to rumors of their split. TMZ reported that the couple tried to quietly sell their home in June but had no takers.

They officially listed the home earlier this month for $68 million, but after L.A.’s mansion tax, real estate commissions, and other renovations, TMZ suggests that they might not break even after the sale.
