The trailer for Captain Marveldropped this morning, and as the first look into the highly anticipated flick, it’s full of so many iconic nuggets. A Blockbuster, a young Nick Fury with TWO eyes, a pager, and...Brie Larson punching an old lady on the bus?
Let’s take a closer look.
Oh yeah, she’s definitely punching the crap out of that woman. But why? The timing of this punch is suspiciously cut with audio of Nick Fury saying, “We have no idea what threats are out there.” The best guess is that the old woman wasn’t really an old woman, but a shapeshifting Skrull. The Skrulls are briefly seen in the trailer, and could signal an incoming Skrull Invasion, if our theory is correct. There are also other theories:
Whatever the reason is behind Larson's character Carol clocking that senior citizen in the face, fans are a little too excited about it.
