The music streaming game gets crazier by the day, as each company attempts to distance themselves with the competition anyway they can. Today, Tidal announced that its implementing a new family plan type service that basically mirrors what Apple Music rolled out during its introductory conference last month.

Tidal's new offer allows users to add up to four additional users onto an original subscriber, with each new user only having to pay $5 for the new subscriptions, while the original user would still pay the standard $9.99. Apple Music on the other hand, allows a family group of six people to sign up for the service at $14.99, which is in the end still cheaper than Tidal's new offer. As we've seen in the streaming wars this year, each service will continue to try and one up the other while attempting to get ahead in the race.
