Scott Storch is rolling right now like it's 2004 all over again.
He just produced Rick Ross' new single with Chris Brown, and now he's reportedly graduated from debt education school. The class was ordered by a judge in Storch's bankruptcy case, and he apparently passed with flying colors, which means he can get on to bigger and better. And seeing that Storch was reportedly down to $100 in his name not too long ago, it looks like things can only go up.
