Rick Ross was rather quiet this summer in terms of releasing new music, but the MMG captain returns today with his new single, "Foreclosures," which reunites him with the production team, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League. In addition to the new single, Ross announced that his new project, Black Dollar, will be released on Thursday. As expected, Rozay gets right into his pocket over this soulful production, and basically gives fans what they've been waiting to hear from him for awhile now.
