It looks like Rick Ross is ready to settle down and get married, as the news broke that he recently proposed to actress and model, Lira Mercer, who goes by Lira Galore on social media. Mercer posted the news on her personal snapchat, and then Amber Rose captured a screenshot of her showing off the ring and shared it on Twitter and Instagram. It's unclear how long Mercer and Rozay have been together, but coincidentally enough, Mercer sent out a tweet in 2012 where she said she was going to marry Rick Ross. Looks like dreams do come true.
