Kanye West has been slammed by Jon Stewart and Seth Rogen, who both think the controversial star's return to live shows shouldn't be allowed to happen.

At Rogen's Netflix Is a Joke event on Wednesday evening (May 6), the actor took aim at Ye, specifically calling him out for having a song called "Heil Hitler." He also highlighted that the "Can’t Tell Me Nothing" hitmaker appeared as a guest during Dave Chappelle's set at the same Netflix festival.

"What’s funny is I’ve said critical things about Jewish people; I think I got in more trouble than Kanye West did," Rogen told the audience (via The Daily Beast).

"I got a lot of shit for what I said. I have no number one albums. I sometimes think what Adolf Hitler would think of the Kanye West song 'Heil Hitler.' I bet he’d be torn."

Rogen's set at Los Angeles' Greek Theater featured many special guests, including Jon Stewart, who also took some time to criticize West.

"But seriously, fuck that guy," The Daily Show host reportedly said. "He was like, 'Hitler was misunderstood, we’ve got to forgive Hitler.' And I’m like, I don’t think I need to listen to anybody who thinks Hitler needs to be forgiven but is still mad at Pete Davidson."

Stewart was referring to Ye's messy feud with Davidson, who dated the superstar producer's ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

Seth Rogen and Jon Stewart's comments come after Kanye West staged two sold-out comeback shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California last month.

The concerts were his first in the U.S. since 2021, and followed a sea of backlash after he made a series of antisemitic remarks, sold t-shirts with swastikas on them, and put out a record called "Heil Hitler."

Ye later apologized via a full-page Wall Street Journal ad in which he detailed his struggles with bipolar disorder. He has since been banned from entering the United Kingdom, after his headlining shows at Wireless Festival were cancelled.
