Tyler, the Creator has debunked a tracklist and list of features that have surfaced online ahead of the release of his new album, Don’t Tap The Glass.

On Friday (July 18), a tracklist for Don’t Tap The Glass went viral on social media. The 10 tracks shared featured appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Lil Wayne, Malice, Pusha T, Steve Lacy, Brent Faiyaz, Lola Young, BadBadNotGood and Earl Sweatshirt. The post also alleged that the LP would be broken up into three chapters.

On Saturday (July 19), Tyler hopped on social media to announce the tracklist wasn’t legit. “False, None of these people are on this, I did not post this info I don’t know where you got this from to confirm it,” he wrote, quoting Complex Music (we originally reshared the tracklist).

The tracklist for Tyler’s recently announced album is currently not known. After spending several days teasing that something big was coming on July 21, the rapper announced Don’t Tap The Glass .

Outside of the Barclays Center in Brooklyn where he performed on Friday, Tyler placed an installation featuring a large figure that resembled him in a glass box that featured the album’s title on the front.

His Golf Wang website has also been updated with merch for the new album including t-shirts, vinyl and hats.

Don’t Tap The Glass follows Tyler’s 2024 album Chromakopia, which features appearances from Glorilla, Childish Gambino, Doechii and Lil Wayne.

Tyler’s new album comes at a perfect time for fans who’ve been left hungry after his guest verse on the Clipse’s Let God Sort Em Out album.

On the track “P.O.V.” from the duo's new LP that dropped on July 11, Tyler had the hip-hop world wondering who his verse was addressing when he raps: "Little feature, ni**as threaten to sue me?"

Tyler quickly hopped on X to explain what he meant. “LET GOD SORT EM OUT,” Tyler posted. “OUT NOW.”

“And an old friend ive made music with threatened to sue me over a feature they gave me,” he added in a second post, “(so yall dont run with a narrative).”
