The Game could lose his house to satisfy the $7 million judgement he owes to sexual assault accuser Priscilla Rainey.

AllHipHop reports that, according to court documents, The Game has to come to court on October 7 in Los Angeles to justify whether his mansion in Calabasas shouldn’t be sold in order to satisfy the debt he owes.

In July, United States District Judge Mark C. Scarsi (who signed the above order) served The Game and his manager Wack 100 with a notice of levy, writ execution (from a process server on the judge’s behalf).

In it, Rainey accused The Game of transferring the deed for his home to Wack 100 so that his accuser wouldn’t be able to get it.

Rainey sued The Game back in 2015 and claimed that while filming the VH1 show She Got Game, the rapper sexually assaulted her. After Game repeatedly refused to show up for court, the judge ruled in favor of Rainey and awarded her $7 million.

Following the victory, The Game told his fans not to listen to Rainey’s allegations.

“Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her,” he wrote. “She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started.”

“She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her,” he continued.

In the years since Rainey won the lawsuit, The Game has been adamant that he won’t be paying her. In 2020, he made light of the situation with a post on Instagram in which he criticized Rainey, letting everyone know what he was doing during quarantine.

“People out here dying from the rona n blogs out here creating false narratives for this Waffle House roach who doing anything her thirsty a## can to try n take money from me,” he wrote. “I’m enjoying retirement !! Y’all been saying she got 7 million for 7 years & yet here I am, laid up tipsy off my 5th quarantine watching Tiger King lol.”

That same year, Rainey was granted ownership of The Game's independent record label Prolific Records, as well as royalties from his latest album, Born to Rap.

Since The Game won’t fulfill the terms of the lawsuit, Rainey sued him last year over it and won again.

She’s still had a ton of trouble getting the rapper to pay up for the judgment. AllHipHop reported that last month, Rainey subpoenaed his kids’ school district to get documents such as proof of residence and attendance records.
