The Game Confirms He Has Another Child on the Way, Reflects on Being an Older Father

The rapper will be welcoming his fourth child at 44 years old.

The Game has another child on the way — and he’s curious about the “different parenting experience” now that he’s older.

In a recent conversation with The Shade Room, The Game confirmed that he has one child on the way (not two, according to internet rumors). The rapper opened up about how he’s thinking about aging now that he’s in his 40s.

“I think about it in terms of years,” he said. “I’m 44. When my new child is 21, I’ll be 65.”

The Game expressed that he thought he would feel old in his 60s with his then-adult child, but then he thought about people like Mariah Carey and Jay-Z who are on the older side, but still considered popular.

“Their next big birthday is 60 and they’re still out here young and looking cool,” he said.

The Game also wondered about the “different parenting experience” he’ll have this go around. He already has three kids from when he was younger, so starting fresh will undoubtedly be different. He doesn’t seem too worried though — more so excited at what’s to come.

“My kids are all fine, straight-A students and look good,” he said. “It’ll just be interesting to be a parent at this age.”

It’s clear that The Game loves his kids. In June, he posted a touching message to his daughter, Cali Taylor, to celebrate her 8th grade graduation and going to high school.

On Instagram, he shared a picture of himself and his daughter at her graduation. The rapper used the caption to spell out how being her father is the best part of his life.

“The most incredible love I’ve ever known. @calilynndreamtaylor being your father is the greatest part of my life,” he wrote. “You are my entire heart & I am elated & more than proud to be your best friend & Dad.”

“I am & will always be by your side, especially when you need me the most,” he continued. “From watching your birth… to watching you effortlessly excel in all areas in your life has been not only a joy to see..but also & experience I thank God for daily.”
