Sauce Walka and Sayso P were both shot during a shooting in downtown Memphis on Mar. 22.

In a video of the shooting, three gunmen reportedly jumped out of a vehicle and fired upon the two outside of the Westin Hotel.

While Walka was taken to a nearby hospital in non-critical condition for a gunshot wound to the leg, Sayso P was pronounced dead from his injuries.

A few days after the incident, Sauce Walka spoke for the first time about the situation and paid respects to Sayso P. “This shit don’t stop, gotta keep dripping,” he said. “RIP my brother.”
