His last post before this was a family photo in May.

Diddy's X account was updated with a post for what appears to be the first time since the end of his trial.

The disgraced music mogul’s account posted the “👀” emoji without any context, making it viewable only to people he mentioned. Shortly after it went live, however, the post was deleted — leaving everyone wondering about the cryptic emoji.

Prior to that, Diddy’s last post was on May 17 when he shared a family picture featuring him and his six kids.

Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Diddy is currently participating in a drug abuse program and therapy while incarcerated. According to TMZ, sources “close to the situation” were cited as saying that Diddy is in several programs, including one focused on preventing domestic violence.

Though he was recently convicted of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in his federal sex trafficking case, Diddy claimed a legal victory in a sexual assault case that was levied against him.

On July 8, New York State Supreme Court Justice Leslie Stroh issued a ruling that narrowed the scope of the civil lawsuit filed last May by a woman named April Lambros.

In the suit, she accused Diddy of sexual assault and battery — specifically four alleged unwanted sexual advances that consisted of rape in 1995, sexual assault in 1996, coerced sexual performance and rape in 1998, and sexual assault in her apartment in either late 2000 or early 2001.

In court documents obtained by Complex, Stroh agreed to Diddy’s lawyers’ request to dismiss claims about the incidents that happened prior to December 19, 2000 — when the Gender-Motivated Violence Act began being enforced in New York City.
