Brandon Ingram says that GloRilla has a special way of making him want to go to sleep.
When speaking to the Toronto Raptors press about their upcoming game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ingram shared his strategy to get ready for the game that tips off on Sunday (April 26) at 1 p.m. He explained that he typically likes to take game-day afternoon naps but can’t because of the timing.
"Just try to go to bed extra early today,” he said of his plan, according to reporter Josh Lewenberg. “My girl is around, so she'll get on my nerves enough to where I just wanna go to sleep."
Ingram’s seemingly playful dig at Big Glo comes just days after a lyric in her new collab with Latto suggests that getting on his nerves isn’t the only thing that the two are doing before bedtime.
On the song “GOMF,” GloRilla brings up Ingram by his government name, rapping, “Told Brandon I’ma have his son next time he leave it in.”
Their whirlwind romance was first picked up by fans when the two celebrated GloRilla’s 26th birthday in Mexico together. Ever since, the two have gotten even closer: They went Instagram official, and GloRilla has appeared courtside at Ingram’s NBA games, cheering on her boo.
In December, GloRilla spoke briefly about their relationship to Complex, revealing that the couple like to play things close to the chest instead of telling everyone their business.
“I'm not going to speak too much about our relationship because I kind of like our privacy,” she said. "We don't really be too much in public."
GloRilla also recently called out her haters for constantly wondering if she’s gotten cosmetic surgery on her face. After she posted a mirror selfie video, trolls hopped in the comments to ask her about whether she’d used a filter or gotten facial enhancements.
The rapper decided to respond with a jokey post. "I put you delusional bitches ina frenzy every time I post,” she wrote.
