Blueface has put his Santa Clarita Valley home on the market with a price tag of $1,250,000.
According to TMZ, the rapper put his massive mansion up for sale earlier this week. The home is 4,303 square feet, with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a backyard. In addition to that, its amenities include a two-car garage, an indoor fireplace, a media room, a patio, and an outdoor fire pit.
Blueface fans will be familiar with the home due to it being the scene of a lot of viral moments and livestreams since it was built in 2018. Anyone wanting to put in an offer can head on over to Christian Crane of Agents of LA Inc. which holds the listing.
In other Blueface news, the rapper owes a woman more than $130,000 for an unpaid default judgment from a 2023 defamation lawsuit.
On Wednesday (December 24), Jackilyn Martinez filed writs of execution with the sheriffs of Los Angeles and Sacramento counties regarding the $131,655 default judgment (with interest).
Judge Peter Hernandez previously ordered that royalties collected by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers on Blueface's behalf will be given to Martinez instead to take care of the judgment.
In her lawsuit, Martinez claimed that Bleuface defamed her online, with social posts suggesting that the two-year-old child she shares with Soulja Boy is actually his. She was awarded $123,245 in the outcome.
Blueface hasn’t participated in the case whatsoever, seemingly ignoring its outcome altogether.
