YG and DJ Mustard Drop "Pop It, Shake It" Video

YG shares the video for "Pop It, Shake It" featuring DJ Mustard.

YG shared the new video for his DJ Mustard collaboration "Pop It, Shake It" Thursday. The video, directed by Director X and filmed during this year's Trinidad Carnival, can be watched above. Director X's video brings the single's cover art to life, complete with popping and shaking:

The track itself was released back in March, roughly eight months after the two celebrated collaborators put an end to their brief disagreements with the announcement of the 400 Summers tape:

As a result of their since-squashed feud, Mustard's production was absent from YG's 2016 album Still Brazy. Mustard's work, however, was all over YG's debut album My Krazy Life and the Blame It On the Streets soundtrack, garnering critical acclaim for both artists.

In an interview with Complex last year, YG said his and Mustard's falling out went down just as he was preparing for Still Brazy sessions. "I had to go and figure out a new recording strategy," YG told Paul Thompson. "There were a lot of sessions where nothing happened. I knew I wanted the sound to be taken to the next level, so whoever I was working with, I told them I wanted some next level West Coast shit. But a lot of times I'd be like, 'Nah, that ain't it.'"

In addition to his 400 Summers tape with DJ Mustard, YG is expected to release the third tape in his Just Re'd Up series soon. The tape, titled Just Re'd Up 3: Know Your Worth, is expected to arrive at some point this year:
