Since the 2009 release of his debut Bastard, Tyler, the Creator hasn't gone longer than roughly two years between new projects. If calendars are to be believed, the year is now 2019, nearly a full decade removed from the 15-track album that launched his career. With Scum Fuck Flower Boy set to turn two years young this July, fans have theorized that a new one from Tyler may be on the horizon. Now, we have another sign that this summer could indeed be improved with the fifth solo entry in the Tyler catalog.

As shared by a hawk-eyed r/hiphopheads member on Tuesday, an internal document from Sony detailing the company's upcoming plans for the quarter ending June 30 lists a Tyler, the Creator album. Columbia Records, which released Flower Boy, is notably owned by Sony Music Entertainment. The album is included among other designated "noteworthy projects" for the quarter, including previously announced albums from DJ Khaled and Bruce Springsteen.

The title in the April 26-dated document is listed only as TBD. A specific release date is not given. When reached by Complex, a rep for Tyler, the Creator declined to comment. Read the document here.

"There's no one speaking for those people," Tyler, whose Flower Boy picked up a Grammy nom, told Shane Powers of that album back in 2017. "I don't even want to use the word weird, because I feel like that's a cheap word—or eclectic. But [this is for] the 'me's'."

Last year, fans got some welcomed holdover in the form of Tyler's Music Inspired by Illumination & Dr. Seuss' The Grinch EP.
