The White Stripes Rock Hall induction

This year’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony is set for this weekend in Los Angeles. The White Stripes will be inducted in the performers category alongside Outkast, Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, and Soundgarden. Salt-N-Pepa and Warren Zevon will be honored with the Musical Influence Award. Additional honorees include Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins, Carol Kaye, and Lenny Waronker.

While The White Stripes are no longer active, Jack White is busy these days as a solo artist. He also serves as a co-founder of Third Man Records, whose current roster includes Austin, Texas-based punk band Die Spitz, whose 2025 album Something to Consume is no doubt one of the best of the year.
