Though Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's ten-pounds-of-food-a-day diet is downright impossible to emulate, his listening habits while achieving peak fitness are attainable for even the most common of gym strugglers. The Rock took to Instagram on Sunday to share his recent workout mix, featuring some fitness-promoting instaclassics from Migos, Fetty Wap, and Dr. Dre:

As noted by The Rock, one should not attempt to reach peak Rock-level fitness without first eating 10 pounds of food something. As previously reported, The Rock recently announced that he and professional DJ Zac Efron are pulling Baywatch from the clutches of the 90s to give it a proper cinematic touch. According to The Rock himself, the adaptation will (thankfully) be "big, fun, and RATED R."

One suggestion, Rock: Consider adding some Death Grips to your workout playlist.
