Remy Ma is reportedly being investigated for an alleged assault incident involving Love & Hip Hop: New York star Brittney Taylor.

Ma is accused of punching Taylor in the right eye during the Pretty Lou Charity Concert earlier this week at Irving Plaza, per the New York Daily News. Other artists on the bill for the April 16 event included Fat Joe, Ghostface Killah, and the Lox.

Taylor is alleged to have suffered bruising to her right eye, ultimately seeking treatment at a nearby hospital. The day after the show, Taylor reported the incident to authorities. The New York City Police Department, according to Thursday night's report, is now investigating. Ma has not been charged. Taylor, however, has reportedly enlisted an attorney with the intention of prosecution.

In a subsequent Instagram post, Taylor said she was having troubling maintaining focus ahead of a "very important meeting" due to the alleged punch. "I didn't wanna bring it to social media because Its pretty embarrassing and not a good look tbh," she wrote in the post's caption. "I tried my best to cover it up with make up and move on but that still didn't work."

Last month, Ma was named alongside Fat Joe and French Montana in a suit connected to their 2016 hit "All the Way Up."
