R. Kelly Shares Rambling 19-Minute 'Song' Addressing Sexual Abuse Allegations

R. Kelly's nearly 20-minute "I Admit" sees the singer, who has been at the center of sex abuse allegations for more than two decades, addressing those accusations and more. But why bother listening to this at all?

Apparently, R. Kelly has dumped a nearly 20-minute "song" titled "I Admit" on the world and I have been told to write about it for some reason. As you might expect, Kelly does indeed make multiple references to the numerous accusations of sexual abuse that have been a central part of his career for more than 20 years.

For example:

And another one:

Kelly also questions the conviction of Bill Cosby, who was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault back in April, and mentions an unnamed family member who allegedly molested him when he was "a child until the age 14," an accusation that apparently also appeared in his 2012 book Soulacoaster.

Anyway, fuck this, fuck this song, fuck the whole planet, that's a wrap on humans, etc. Instead, here are a few choice tweets pointing out the Kelly-related things that are more worth covering than a 19-minute "song" ramble:

Earlier this month, Andrea Kelly—the singer's former wife—took aim at his "victim-shaming" supporters. "By you shaming me and any other victims you're helping the abuser accomplish their task of belittling, intimidating, and discounting all the abuse they've put the #victim and #victims through," she said in an Instagram note.
