Playboi Carti has been called out by Giovanna Ramos, better known as Gio, for reasons that were not immediately made clear.
In a series of updates to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday (April 14), Gio referred to Carti, whom she tagged in multiple posts, as a “lanky bitch” and a “bitch ass n***a.” She also appeared to bring fans into the apparent dispute, at one point asking “which song” they want first, though she didn’t immediately elaborate on what she meant by that.
“You got until 11am to answer me before I turn this bitch up,” Gio, previously featured on the cover of Lil Yachty’s “Slide” single and in its official video, wrote in one update.
“You met your match bitch,” she wrote in another. “I play with a lot of things but with a bitch ass n***a ain’t never been the case.”
“You lanky bitch you,” she added in a follow-up. “On my dead granny grave you won’t know rest until I’m dead. Call whoever on me. I’m just getting started.”
In yet another update, she suggested she would have more to say about Carti shortly, a promise she swiftly made good on by vowing to “harass [Carti]” for the foreseeable future.
“You think you the only psyched out person in the world?” she asked. “Bitch ah smear dog shit down yo back before I let you think some shit like that.”
In what stood as the most recent Carti-focused update as of this writing, Gio again referred to Carti as a “bitch,” like so:
“Idek why you choose to play w a bitch like me, Ima put my paws on you every time. EVERY TIME. You bald headed bitch!!”
Gio later removed the posts from her Stories.
Notably, Carti and Gio were made the subject of relationship speculation among fans last year. At one point, as we reported at the time, Summer Walker referred to Gio as Carti’s “wife,” calling her “sweet and funny.”
