As expected, North West channeled Igor era Tyler, the Creator for Halloween.
In a series of TikToks shared to her and mother Kim Kardashian’s joint account on Wednesday, the 11-year-old Vultures 2 guest artist was seen recreating Tyler’s distinctive look for the character at the heart of his Best Rap Album winner.
Soundtracking the proceedings was “Running Out of Time,” a song from the acclaimed 2019 album.
Tyler himself commended the costume tribute from Ye and Kim’s oldest child together, writing on a Complex IG post, “She’s so sick.”
North first revealed her Tyler-inspired Halloween plans during a discussion with Kim for Interview magazine, with Tyler actually named as one of several planned costumes for the season. She also named another Igor track, “I Don’t Love You Anymore,” as her then-current favorite song.
Halloween, objectively the best day of any given year, is fully upon us all now, offering a much-needed burst of unbridled joy we should probably all be gorging on considering the presumably stress-ridden days awaiting us next week. Tyler's latest album, Chromakopia, will surely be inspiring some costuming of its own tonight.
