YoungBoy Never Broke Again's probation was terminated early on Friday.
The judge, per regional Louisiana outletThe Advocate, said Friday that the "Outside Today" artist had honored the conditions of his probation in recent months. He's now free to schedule shows and move to a different state, which he suggested while leaving court Friday was his plan. Attorney James Manasseh was more specific in his comments, stating that YoungBoy would possibly be moving to Los Angeles, California because Baton Rouge "isn't conducive" to his growth.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again was released back in August after a three-month term in connection with a shooting in Miami in which he was believed to be the target. The shooting left a bystander dead and his girlfriend injured. YoungBoy still has other legal issues to contend with, having been arrested twice in Georgia recently.
Speaking with WBRZ's Brandi B. Harris, YoungBoy said he has a baby daughter on the way and thanked fans for their support. "I'm kinda scared but it feels good," he said Friday. "I just feel like I gotta watch out more and take what [the judge] said into consideration."
Asked to address his fans, he said "Thanks for sticking with me."
