Kid Rock, Ted Nugent, and Sarah Palin's Visit to White House Receives Major Backlash

Sarah Palin brought Kid Rock and Ted Nugent with her to the White House because "Jesus was booked."

Kid Rock, most known for wearing what appears to be the exact same hat for nearly 20 years straight, joined former Apprentice host and current POTUS Donald Trump in the White House for dinner Wednesday night. Mr. Kid was joined by If You Can't Lick 'Em…Lick 'Em artist Ted Nugent and presumed "Bawitdaba" fan Sarah PalinCBS Newsreported.

If you want to see photos of how all those people look when standing near each other, Palin has provided that opportunity in a Facebook post that of course features the American flag emoji 😒:

Palin also published a "BEHIND THE SCENES [sic]" blog post on her official website, detailing the night's happenings alongside ads with headlines like 80 Percent of Men Can't Ace This Car Engine Quiz and 33 Amish Facts That Will Make Your Skin Crawl. You know, just your typical patriotic shit.

According to Palin, Trump's dinner invitation included a request for her to bring along a few friends. Palin said she invited Mr. Kid and Ed Pungent because "Jesus was booked." I am not making that up. Jesus declined* to comment. (*That part I am making up.)

To rescue us from the throes of Alaskan nu metal, Twitter has dedicated a healthy portion of 4/20 to meticulously mocking any and all photos of this encounter:

Now seems like a good time to remind everyone that Nugent once called Barack Obama a "subhuman mongrel," then essentially avoided a direct apology. Of course he's welcome in Trump's White House.
