Kid Cudi Says 'Speedin' Bullet to Heaven' Is "All Guitar And Bass"

Cudi says the album's first single will be available later this month.

If his recent poetweets and newfound ability to summon thunderstorms are any indication, Kid Cudi's forthcoming album Speedin' Bullet to Heaven should prove a necessary addition to the Cudi multiverse. In May, Cudi revealed that Heaven would be an entirely featureless project — adding that he hasn't been "this emotional making an album in a long time." On Friday, Cudi took to Twitter to give a proper update on the album — which he affectionately refers to as "musical madness" with some decidedly solo production:

Of course, Cudi has remained busy in the months since Satellite Flight: The Journey to Mother Moon — including appearances in Need for Speed, Entourage, and his new role as bandleader on IFC's Comedy Bang! Bang! following the departure of Reggie Watts.
