Kanye West Responds to Rumor He Provided Intel for Pusha-T's Drake Diss

Kanye West talks Drake, Pusha-T, and his maddening support for Trump in a new interview on local Chicago radio. The interview arrives in the wake of the 2018 G.O.O.D. Music marathon.

Kanye West joined the 107.5 WGCI Morning Show team in his hometown of Chicago Wednesday morning.

During the discussion, West addressed a number of pertinent topics, including the current status of his relationship with Drake. "People be around your family and be in your house and this and that then, they get mad about a beat and send purple demon emojis," West said. "I don't play like that, I don't play in that place . . . It's like, look, it ain't no beef."

West added that, eventually, he and Drake will make amends. "We'll reconcile that one day because we got to," he said. "We got work to do because these voices are just too powerful." As for the Pusha-T x Drake back-and-forth earlier this year, West would rather not be involved. "Don't even pull me into that type of conversation," he said. "That's what y'all don't understand."

West also gave a political response on whether he provided the intel included in King Push's "The Story of Adidon" diss, something for which West simply doesn't have the time nor the interest. "No, I didn't," he said. "Don't pull me into this conversation. I'm 'Ye. I got major things to do other than be telling him some information about Drake. . . I honestly don't care that much, in all honesty."

West also spoke on his continued support for the neo-Nazi-sympathizer-in-chief, his relationship with Don C ("The downfall of Kanye West is directly related to Don C not being around"), and more.

The interview is the latest discussion West has participated in following his marathon of G.O.O.D. releases, which included his own Ye and the Kid Cudi collab project Kids See Ghosts. West and Cudi will perform as KSG at this year's Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in November. Check out the full interview below.
