Ice Spice had some words for certain "lazy ass bitches" in response to weight loss speculation.

As you may have seen in recent weeks, people with presumably nothing better to do with their time have taken it upon themselves to bombard social media with such chatter, with the prescription drug Ozempic once again being used as a speculative catch-all. But these should-be-totally-ignored claims are inaccurate, per Spice, not to mention rooted in what she described as a broader failure to comprehend a variety of contributing factors.

"Bitch, I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic," the Y2K! artist said during a recent X Spaces conversation. "That’s one thing I wish. Oh my god, like, what even is Ozempic? What the fuck is that? Like, genuinely, what is that, bro? Like, you lazy ass bitches never heard of a gym? It’s called a gym. It’s called eating healthy. It’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting home all fucking day, it’d be easier to stay big."

Spice is currently on the road in support of her debut studio album, the aforementioned Y2K! from Capitol and 10K. The 10-track project, featuring singles "Think U the Shit" and "Phat Butt," among others, debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. In reaction to the debut, Spice thanked fans, noting that while "these numbers are cool and all," her attention remains on the live experience.

Next on the four-time Grammy nominee's schedule is a stop at the Fox Theater in Oakland on Wednesday. This is followed by shows in Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, and Miami.
