UPDATED 10/19, 3:47 p.m. ET: Frank Ocean released the club footage of "Dear April (Justice Remix)" and "Cayendo (Sango Remix)" on YouTube. These tracks are also available for purchase on his Blonded website. Both will come on 7" vinyl records that feature the studio version of the remixes heard in the snippets.

UPDATED 10/18, 3:25 p.m. ET: It looks like Frank Ocean debuted some new music—perhaps two or more songs—on Thursday night in New York. “Though no phones or photos were allowed at the dance party, one sneaky fan was able to record snippets of the night,” Uproxx writes.

Thursday, Frank Ocean is launching a new club night called PrEP+ in New York City. The name of the Blonded-hosted evening, per The Fader, is taken from the HIV prevention drug pre-exposure prophylaxis.

"PrEP+ is the first in a series of nights; an ongoing safe space made to bring people together and dance," says a press release. "PrEP+ will welcome globally celebrated DJs. PrEP+ welcomes everyone."

As for tickets, they are said to have already been distributed, with actual venue location to be revealed to those ticketholders Thursday night. House rules for Ocean’s club night (which notably pays homage to "what could have been of the 1980s' NYC club scene" if the drug had been available at the time) are as follows, perPitchfork:

  • No photos or videos are allowed
  • Consent is mandatory
  • Zero tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any form of discrimination
  • The dance floor is for dancing

In an expansive W Mag chat in September, Ocean said he's recently "been interested in club" and suggested that interest would be influential on his upcoming projects. He also spoke on the oft-competing ideas of strength and vulnerability.

"Like, in order for me to satisfy expectations, there needs to be an outpouring of my heart or my experiences in a very truthful, vulnerable way," Ocean said. "I'm more interested in lies than that. Like, give me a full motion-picture fantasy."
