Fan Attempts to Crash Lil Wayne's Rolling Loud Performance, Gets Tackled to the Ground

Here's an idea for anyone else considering ruining a Lil Wayne show in the future: just, um, don't. Don't do it.

Here's a word of advice for anyone attending a packed music festival with plans of crashing the stage: Don't. An audience member at this weekend's Rolling Loud Festival in Miami tried exactly that during Lil Wayne's set and was quickly spotted by security, TMZreported Monday.

In footage of the incident, a Rolling Loud attendee is seen behind Wayne before he makes his way stage right, at which point he's swiftly taken down. Sadly, this most recent incident doesn't mark the first time that security has been forced to step in on a space-invading fan:

At a show in Idaho last month, Wayne stopped mid-song to call out a dumbass in the crowd for throwing a drink near the stage and nearly hitting him. The show was ultimately called off by Wayne "about three songs earlier" than usual, with venue owner Creston Thornton telling the Idaho Statesman it was the aforementioned dumbass's fault, not Wayne's. "Some idiot ruins it for everybody," he said.

Tha Carter V, Wayne's repeatedly delayed sequel to his 2011 album Tha Carter IV, was teased by Wayne at a recent tour stop in Texas as "coming soon." At the top of the year, Cash Money co-founder Birdman teased on Travis Scott and Chase B's Beats 1 radio show that the album was "definitely coming out." No official 2017 release date, however, has been announced.
