Drake Reunites With Fellow Canadian and OVO Sound Artist Smiley on New Song "2 Mazza"

"F*ck Hollywood," Drake raps on the new song from Smiley's latest project.

Four years after giving fans one for the books with “Over the Top,” Drake and Smiley have reunited for “2 Mazza,” a track off the latter Toronto artist’s new project Don’t Box Me In.

Drake keeps it locally focused on the track, reminding listeners of a certain moniker (“Me, I’m the 6 God”) and giving the middle finger to two locales typically associated with a star of his caliber (“Fuck Hollywood and the Hamptons”).

For the song’s video, shot at the Go Place day spa in Markham, Smiley and Drake recruited director Zong Li. Catch it in full up top. For the full new Smiley project experience, see here.

“Shoutout my fucking big bro [Drake] for being such a GOAT,” Smiley said when celebrating the OVO Sound-backed Don’t Box Me In launch.

Drake’s appearance on “2 Mazza” follows his and PARTYNEXTDOOR’s $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 following its Valentine’s Day rollout. “Nokia,” a solo Drake track, became a breakout hit from the project. As of this writing, the Elkan-produced song sits at No. 10 on the Hot 100 after 16 weeks on the chart.

Complex recently named “Nokia” the No. 4 best song of 2025 (so far), with the post-Kendrick Lamar beef hit joining other highlights from the year by Playboi Carti, SZA, Lorde, and more. $$$4U, meanwhile, also landed in the top five on Complex’s rundown of the best albums of 2025 (so far). See the full list here.

Next for Drake is an arena tour with PND.
